Both are good Devices!.
One plus 5 is an ordinary looking phone.Samsung galaxy note 8 is a new generation Bazel less phone.The new note also has a S pen.
One plus 5 has a 8GB RAM Dual camera while Samsung galaxy note 8 has a 6GB RAM and dual camera!.The new note is the latest product!.The oneplus 5 came in june and samsung galaxy note 8 came recently.
The screen size is also different.The new Note is a phablet sort of device and oneplus5 is a perfect phone,smaller in size.That is 5.5 inches(op5) vs 6.3 inches(sgn 8).
If you are a show off then go for new note 8 as it looks premium.
One plus 5 cost much less than the new note 8.Also people were saying that oneplus copied iphone 7s design.
If you have money go for the new note 8.Its good looking and has a full display.
Else go for Oneplus 5!.Its a fantastic phone with great value for money.Its a flagship.
